PROPOSAL TO RESTATURATION AND NEW CONSTRUCTION OF THE ALTER IN THE CHURCH IN GLYNGØRE
The alter in the church is placed in a half circle part of the church room with ball-shaped walls and ceiling, which is similar to many other churches in Denmark. Back the alter is a room with five quite narrow, but very high and perpendicularly walls, quite easy to see from the outside of the church. I.e. removal of the existing ball-shaped walls and ceiling will give the possibility to establish a total new alter part of the church. If wished, five mosaics up to 5-6 meter in height can be placed in these walls, as suggested in the present picture.
